Over the past several years, I have had continual requests for a return trip to Maine to photograph graduating seniors, growing families, and the new adventures and bonds people have nurtured over the years with their animals. Now that I have decided to follow my own happiness and return to photography full time, I am excited to be planning a return trip to Maine!
My hopes are that I will be invited to give you beautifully updated and improved photographs, that can portray the stories that lie within the current chapter of your lives. I want to provide you with a new gallery of memories to add to the series I completed in the previous years.

On a personal level…. While I am in Maine, I aim to photograph a new series for myself. Growing up, I struggled with a constant pull back to Michigan, a place in the world I always believed and felt was my home. This left me with blinded eyes to Maine’s true beauty.

The sun as its first warm rays touched Mount Katahdin, it’s fellow mountain ranges and the raw wilderness of Maine.
The sun (yes, I am a sun worshiper!) as it gives way to the moon, dipping into the ocean hugging the coastal islands, as well as the coastal details and delights it has to offer anyone willing to stop and admire it.
Gulf Hagas, the “Grand Canyon of the East” to add to my series of waterfalls and to revisit a portion of the A.T. previously hiked as a teenager.
A day in the life of a lobsterman, from early sunup, photographing on the boat how they work, what the job entails, and of course the lobster they catch! **I am looking for an epic crew and boat! If you know of anyone willing to let me tag along, let me know!!**

To expand my portfolio for Young Rider and Horse Illustrated publications, by photographing kids ages 8-18 while riding and caring for horses, and horses of all breeds at liberty, capturing the personality and beauties of their breed.
To photograph a series I have completed before and have constantly dreamed of reshooting; an early morning dog run through the thick forest of Maine or along the water’s edge and dock diving or bird dogs at work!
As well as visiting and reshooting a series images capturing the quietness of an old friend’s barn as her sheep sleep away the afternoon.
