Justin and Morgan’s engagement session took place at one of my all time favorite parks, Clear Spring Nature Preserve, just north of me in Montague, MI. It’s a quiet park that Winston and I love to play in. When Justin asked about local parks, I shared my secret spot and they too fell in love with the beauty the park offered. We met in the morning as the warm sun rays stretched through trees, reflecting back off of the little bit of snow we had left. They had brought their young golden doodle, Archie, along in hopes of having him included in the photoshoot. He was showing off his best behavior and as he smiled, he resembled the fluffiest teddy bear any child could dream of. By the end of the photoshoot, these two felt like old friends. Their wedding is going to be a blast to photograph and I am humbled that they asked me to be their photographer. <3
