If the Pony Pal book serious was to come to life for me, it would be at Deermeadow Farm, in Wellington Florida, with Emily and her horse Dino, and Tessa and her horse Ike!

These young riders have been wonderful clients from previous photography trips to Florida, and when I needed models for promo videos, I was over the moon excited when Emily and Tessa jumped for the opportunity! Lauren Pitylak Equestrian, a renown dressage photographer and videographer, met us at Deermeadow Farm and worked to capture behind the scenes videos of this photoshoot. These videos are invaluable for my future clients to see what they can expect when booking a photoshoot with me, and they elevate my website with quality videos that match the style of my photograph.

During this photoshoot, we photographed a bit of everything, from equine portraits of their horses, their bonds with their horses casually in the barn, photos throughout the floral landscaping of the property, candids in the dressage arena, action shots of lateral work under saddle, and their friendship that’s formed from their dedication and love for their horses while working at Deermeadow Farm. It was fun to see (and be a bit envious of) these young riders living the dream that us 90’s kids read about in the Pony Pal book serious. They have worked incredibly hard to accomplish their dreams as dressage riders, and it was an honor to photograph for them again!
