Izzy and Juliet, a one eyed dressage Arabian horse, enjoyed a Horse & Rider photoshoot at their home barn, Stapleton Farm in Bellevue Michigan. Izzy was nervous about her photoshoot, concerned about posing and their authentic relationship not shining through the images. With a confidence boosting pep talk, and being my normal goofy self, allowed for a relaxing atmosphere, where everyone present for the photoshoot, felt like their authentic personality was valued.

When posing clients, I start with a structured pose, and then let the personality and relationship blossom, and the pose evolves to be more natural and relaxed, and most importantly, authentic.

Also, I'm here to recognize and photograph the beauty that is present every day. We all have positivity and beauty to add to this world, and every bit of that is valuable. Including Izzy and Juliet. Their love shines through, and despite life's hardships, they are still finding ways to bring joy to each others lives.
