“I recently had the pleasure of working with Jesse and her assistant Heather to capture photos of my heart horse, and from start to finish, the experience was absolutely exceptional!

I had always wanted to do a photo shoot with my hunter jumper mare, Lilly, but I hesitated because Lilly is quite particular about her people. She truly embodies the classic mare personality—preferring to be asked, not told, and often testing those around her to prove their worthiness. Though she’s now a stunning grey, she was born a chestnut mare (if you know, you know).

I worried she might intimidate or scare off photographers, but Jesse completely dispelled that concern. With patience and genuine care, she took the time to earn Lilly’s trust, ensuring she felt comfortable throughout the entire session. Jesse thoughtfully gave Lilly breaks as needed, while Heather showered her with plenty of love and scratches. This considerate approach made the experience positive and enjoyable—for me and especially for Lilly.

Jesse’s deep understanding of animal behavior truly shone through, capturing the unique bond Lilly and I share in a way that felt both authentic and heartfelt. I am absolutely in love with all the photos we created together!

As a photographer myself, I also needed some branding shots. Normally, I feel awkward and unsure in front of the camera, but Jesse’s warm, vibrant, and easygoing nature made all the difference. She helped me relax, brought out genuine laughter, and allowed my true self to shine through every frame.
