Tractor photoshoots aren’t in my normal wheelhouse, but Corey and Katie have always been a joy when photographing Katie’s dressage horses, that I jumped for the opportunity to spend an evening with them. This time, instead of focusing on Katie and her horses, we focused on Corey, his german shepherd named June, and his passion for restoring antique tractors. He puts a lot of effort into to maintaining the property, and especially providing hay for the horses. It was fun spending time listening to his stories and weaving those memories into the photos we created. He hardly stopped grinning, which in turn made Katie smile, and also myself for being able to witness and photograph their love for each other and their support of each other’s dreams.
