SNOW!

FINALLY! SNOW!!

It is January 19th and this is the first, and VERY LATE, real first snow we have received this winter here along the lake. It is incredibly refreshing to have a new blanket of snow after three months of grays, browns, and a whole lot of mud.
Winston thought so as well! He ran circles around the yard, and then around me, then around the yard again, this time shaking my mitten like a mad man. He rolled around making snow angels, got up and shook his flops ears around, and then chased the snowflakes floating through the air!

Both Winston and myself are looking forward to more snow this week! Bring on the storms and blue skies to follow!
